Role-based permissions give you control over who can view, edit, or export content inside your workspace, while strict internal policies ensure Appertivo employees only receive access when you request support. Workspace owners can delete dishes, menus, or entire accounts whenever needed, and removals are purged from active systems within 30 days unless legal requirements say otherwise.
